Sustainable ‘Swap Shop’ Helps Local Women

Due to the cost of living crisis, we set up an event called the “Swap Shop”, where we invited women to bring any clothing they no longer wear - in good condition - and swap them for clothing they might like from others who brought in clothes.

Invitations and posters were handed out, put up, and advertised on social media.

We had lots of women’s clothing and some children’s clothing, including a couple of school uniforms that were so desperately needed by another person.

Thank you to all who attended. We can’t wait to hold our next event. Details coming soon!
